Lighting Services

Commercial and Residential Installation

Whether you're a local business owner, chamber of commerce, property manager or homeowner we have the experience and creativity to accomplish your lighting goals.  Our team is effective on both ladders and boom lifts keeping almost any project within reach.  We charge a single price for installation, maintenance, and takedown.  A lot can happen to exterior lighting during a Northwest winter and our customer service is what sets us apart.  We will work hard to ensure your lights stay on through the holiday season.

Areas We Serve

The Holiday Lighting Pros of Seattle offers installations within the greater Seattle metropolitan area. If you're wondering whether or not we work in your area, give us a call and we will be happy to let you know.

Leasing vs. Purchasing

Leasing lights from us for the season allows flexibility with your lighting display from year to year without the hassle of storing a bin of lights.

Purchasing may be a larger upfront cost, but will save you money in the years to come.  We will custom cut your roofline and provide the appropriate amount of lights and power chords for landscape lighting.  At the end of the season we will organize it, and provide a bin.  You store it and set it out for us on future install dates.

Our Commercial-Quality LED Lights

If you would like to hire us for installation and already own lights, get in touch and we will discuss possibilities.  We avoid working with a tangled dreadlock of partially functioning lights.  We also charge a convenience fee for unpacking your store bough lights purchased from the hardware store.  Furthermore, our service agreement only applies to lights provided by our company.

FAQs

Do you provide the lights?

Yes, We both lease and sell lights to our clients, as well as all of the hanging materials. If you are unsure which option you prefer we can give you prices for both.

Can you install lights I already own?

Yes, depending on the quality. We avoid working with tangled or partially broken strands of lights.

When will you install / take down my lights?

Installation runs from October 10th to December 15th. Takedown occurs between January and early February. If you decide to move forward with us we will give you some options as to when installers will be in your neighborhood and find out what dates work best.

Will you travel outside of Seattle?

Send us a note with your address, we’ll have happy to let you know if we can accommodate your installation a short drive from Seattle.

Can I purchase my own lights?

Yes, however we prefer to work with commercial grade supplies from manufacturers we trust. There are a lot of poorly made lights out there so our service and maintenance agreement only covers lights provided by us. Furthermore, unpacking and preparing lights to be installed takes time so there will be an additional service fee in many cases.

Are you licensed and insured for my project?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. We are happy to provide you with a copy of our insurance plan on request.

What if my my lights go out?

Send us an email and we will promptly come by to troubleshoot and fix the problem.
